Electronic Prescriptions (E-Scripts)

An Electronic Prescription (E-Prescription) is a digital version of a traditional paper prescription. During your consultation, healthcare providers can send prescriptions directly to you via SMS or email, making it easier and faster to access your medications.

All medications can now be prescribed electronically, stored on your device, and accessed whenever needed. E-Prescriptions streamline the process, save time, and help improve medication safety.

How to Use an E-Prescription

• 1. During your consultation, ask your doctor to send an electronic prescription.
• 2. You will receive the prescription via SMS or email.
• 3. Take or forward the SMS/email to your local PharmaOne Pharmacy.
• 4. Collect your medication:
• In person: Bring your SMS or email so the pharmacy can scan it
• Delivery: Forward the SMS or email to the pharmacy for processing
• 5. For repeat prescriptions, a new SMS or email will be sent when your medication is ready for collection.
